Eligibility

To use BibahoBangla, you must:

License to User Content

By posting User Content, you grant BibahoBangla a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display your content for the purpose of providing and promoting our Services.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

Privacy and Data Protection

Termination

• Guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information
• Endorse or vouch for any user or profile
• Guarantee that you will find a suitable match
• Make any promises regarding marriage outcomes

Service Availability

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Services are free from viruses or harmful components
• Results obtained from the Services will be accurate or reliable

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BibahoBangla and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months, or BDT 1,000, whichever is greater.
